Our experience was fantastic! Dr McCall and the others in the office are very pleasant and accommodating. Dr McCall was running a little behind, the staff let me know and apologized. They have a nice message at the front desk that says (paraphrased) that every patient matters and that sometimes an appointment runs long, but the attention you get will be the same too. Would highly recommend.

Always enjoy my visit with Dr McCall. She takes her time and explains all my exam results and answers any questions. I never feel like she's rushing to get to the next patient!! Staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and helped me save $25 on my next prescription. Best place ever.

My wife and I have had nothing but really good experiences everytime we have been there. Everyone is very friendly and nothing but professional all the while making the appointments fun by adding in some humor and fun conversations. Couldn't be happier.

I've been going to Dr. McCall for my eye health and glasses/contacts since the early 80's when she was with a national company then.
.I was so glad when she started her own practice later on and stayed in Brainerd!
Dr. McCall and her staff are the best! They are so knowledgeable and make you feel at home. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

Dr. McCall and her entire team are very competent, and they take the time to answer all my questions. Dr. MCall is so knowledgeable and thorough. Jenny was very helpful in assisting me with choosing new glasses.
